Excellent care and attention from all the staff during a recent visit following a skiing injury.

Upon admission to the ER I received immediate attention from staff who were warm and extremely competent. Following scans, my injury was swiftly diagnosed. The treating physician then provided me with detailed and balanced advice about surgical options and outcomes.

I elected for surgery which the hospital arranged for the same day.

In the lead up to surgery I was visited by the surgeon, Dr. Gilmer, and each of his surgical team. All were incredibly friendly and positive and made me confident I was in good hands.

Following surgery I was again visited by all the team to discuss the procedure, its outcome and rehab plans.
